Behind the scenes, however, Logan was grieving the loss of her beloved dog, Milo, who died at the age of 14.
In an interview with HELLO! magazine, Gabby talked about the emotional toll of the day and how she leaned on her husband, Kenny Logan, 53, for comfort.
She shared, “When I found out that our elder dog was going to be euthanized, I told Kenny, ‘I can’t handle this by myself.’
“Since we couldn’t have the whole family together, I suggested, ‘Let’s enjoy a gin and tonic and have a good cry together.’”

Milo, a loyal boxer, had been part of the Logan family for more than a decade, cherished by the couple and their twin children, Reuben and Lois, who are both 20.
Later, Gabby expressed her heartfelt sentiments regarding Milo on social media, stating:
“Our hearts are broken. Our beloved companion is gone. Milo, you were truly one of a kind.”
She reminisced about his distinctive qualities, such as his fondness for chin scratches, his protective instincts toward the children, and his strict daily routine that ensured the family never missed his 8am and 5pm walks and meals.
She wrote, “You welcomed other pets into our home, fought valiantly in your final years, and gifted us with 14 years of extraordinary love.

“We will always treasure that you chose us.”
The Logans live in Buckinghamshire and are adjusting to a quieter household now that Lois is at university and Reuben is pursuing a professional rugby career with Sale Sharks in Manchester.

In a recent conversation with The Daily Mail, Gabby noted, “With Lois away and Reuben also gone, this week will feel quite different. However, there’s also a newfound freedom that comes with this phase of life.”
Logan remains one of the BBC’s most prominent sports figures, co-hosting Match of the Day alongside Kelly Cates and Mark Chapman, following Gary Lineker’s exit.
