ROY KEANE believes that Nuno Espirito Santo was fully aware of the difficulties he would face when he accepted the managerial position at Nottingham Forest, following his abrupt firing.
Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis parted ways with the Portuguese manager on Monday evening.

Marinakis has swiftly announced Nuno’s successor, appointing former Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou to lead at the City Ground.
Nuno’s difficulties had been apparent in recent weeks, particularly when he acknowledged the deterioration of his relationship with Marinakis.
Consequently, the news of his removal did not come as a shock to ex-Forest player Keane.
The news of Nuno’s departure was expected by Keane, who stated, “I’m not shocked.
“Why should we be surprised about what unfolds at Nottingham Forest?
“We know how the owner operates. No surprises here.”
“And I feel no sympathy for any manager who takes on the Forest role.
“You’re bound to face pressure with that owner.”

“Thus, I was not surprised when they let him go. Yes, it’s tough.”
Postecoglou, now 60, assumes the Forest position just three months after leaving Tottenham, where he had recently guided the team to a Europa League victory.
Nottingham Forest’s transition from Nuno to Ange Postecoglou signifies a cultural shift akin to reversing the planet’s polarity.
Marinakis has confidence that the Australian will lead the club towards a successful path.
