I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Arsenal and all the Gunners! It is with deep gratitude that I announce the official conclusion of one of the most important chapters of my professional journey today.
After dedicating five and a half years to Arsenal FC, my tenure as Sporting Director has come to an end.
I started my journey with the club in July 2019 as Technical Director, with the mission of returning Arsenal to its rightful place among football’s elite, leading a cultural transformation, consistently aiming for trophies, and ensuring that Champions League qualification became the norm for a club of Arsenal’s caliber.
Later, I had the honor of becoming the first-ever Sporting Director in the club’s history, a milestone achievement that I will always treasure.
Across this rebuilding phase, you, the fans, have been a vital part of everything!
To all the supporters, my heartfelt gratitude! Your unwavering support, energy, and the connection we built during every match were truly extraordinary.
