The upcoming Nedbank Cup final for this season is set to be hosted at the Peter Mokaba Stadium, as reported by Sportswire.
Scheduled for 10 May, the official venue announcement will be made on Sunday by the event organizers in collaboration with the Premier Soccer League (PSL).
Initially, the DHL Stadium in Cape Town was favored as a possible location, but that is no longer the case.
Reports suggest that the World Cup venue in Polokwane will now serve as the site for the final.
The formal declaration will take place after the final semi-final match between Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs at Loftus Stadium concludes.

Earlier today, Orlando Pirates clinched their place in the final by narrowly beating Marumo Gallants at Orlando Stadium, thanks to a single goal from Kabelo Dlamini.
The defending champions, led by José Riveiro, have claimed the tournament title twice in the last two seasons, overcoming Sekhukhune United and Mamelodi Sundowns.
The last Nedbank Cup final hosted at the Peter Mokaba Stadium occurred during the 2015/16 season when Orlando Pirates lost 3-2 to SuperSport United.
No members of that Pirates squad that faced SuperSport now feature in the current team.
