EDDIE HEARN expresses concerns that Chris Eubank Jr is “setting up his alibis” by disclosing his painful foot blisters ahead of his match with Conor Benn.
The intense rivals are reigniting their familial feud and looking to settle their differences on April 26 at the stadium in Tottenham.

At the age of 35, Eubank clearly shows his dedication to training, highlighted by the graphic image he shared of his severely blistered foot.
In the accompanying post, he wrote: “Boxing is as simple as it looks, I assure you. Tomorrow’s 6am run is going to be exhilarating… can’t wait.”
Not all of Eubank’s followers reacted positively to the image; one commented: “Now I can’t finish my lunch, thanks for that.”
Another stated: “Chris, I’m trying to enjoy my dinner here.”
One user joked: “Thanks for this, Chris.”
Another voiced concern: “Please don’t back out of the fight!”
Hearn, who promotes Benn, also told Boxing Social: “Maybe he’s just organizing his excuses.”
Eubank and Benn were previously slated to meet in a 157lb catchweight bout in October 2022.

However, Benn had to pull out just days before the matchup after failing two pre-fight drug tests, which culminated in the revocation of his British Boxing Board of Control license.
He has consistently maintained his innocence while looking for fights in the United States, where he achieved two victories at the 154lb light-middleweight limit.
Eventually, Benn, 28, had his provisional ban from UK Anti-Doping lifted, which concluded his doping incident and allowed him to fight again in his home country.
This also enabled the rescheduling of the bout with Eubank, which will feature a rematch clause.
