SUPERVISOR (1.20 Warwick, nap)

This ten-year-old has limited racing experience, and his most recent outing in a veteran handicap concluded with a solid six-length victory. Venetia Williams’ stayer is carrying a reasonable weight, and with the capable Ned Fox adding value through his 3lb claim, he looks promising for a winning comeback after his return last season.

PESCATORIUS (2.55 Warwick, nb)

Secured an effortless victory in a moderate race at Catterick on Saturday. Last time out, he was ridden much more prominently, displaying impressive jumping skills. He can handle a 7lb penalty and appears capable of finding the winner’s circle again in the near future.

KYLIAN (1.14 Lingfield, treble)

He delivered a strong performance at Newcastle last month and ran well to secure second place at Southwell. Positioned nicely in stall four, he should have an ideal run into the race — the faster the pace, the easier his route to victory.

Templegate’s tips

Lingfield

11.14 King David

Only narrowly defeated last time, he has the potential to improve and claim victory

11.44 Tabby

Running consistently despite setbacks, he’s poised for another chance at 7f

12.14 This Farh

Strong turf credentials and recent gelding should enhance his focus

12.44 Friday Again

Displayed enough potential to suggest she can excel in handicaps

1.14 Kylian (treble)

Excellent form; a rapid pace will play to his strengths

1.44 Royal Champion

Group-class and should have plenty of gears

2.14 Justcallmepete

Just missed out at Southwell last time; a repeat performance could see him contending

2.47 Sovereign Knight

Exposed too much last time; can improve with cover

3.22 Pablo Prince

Was slow to engage last time; Luke Morris has a good relationship with him

Warwick

12.20 Elle Est Beau

Experienced and expected to improve with age

12.50 Realta Liath

Promising start on hurdling debut, seems like a strong contender

1.20 Supervisor (nap)

Low mileage for a ten-year-old and offers a solid record when fresh

1.50 John W Creasy

Supported in victory at Lingfield; can manage a 6lb rise

2.20 I’m A Starman

May require the run but stays well; Cobden is on board

2.55 Pescatorius (nb)

Showed great form at Catterick on Saturday and is likely to win again

3.30 No Drama This End

Cost £160,000 and is highly regarded by the trainer

Uttoxeter

12.30 Star Of Diamonds

Traveled nicely before tiring on return at Haydock

1.00 Benassi

Came home strongly at Leicester; this race appears to be easier

1.30 Twp Stori

Strong stayer; gritty victory at Lingfield with more potential ahead

2.00 Eaton Anne

Disappointing performance at Plumpton, but recent wind surgery should help

2.30 Jo Lescribaa

Promising first chase at Ludlow last time out

3.05 Itsnoteasy

Point winner likely to improve with switch to chasing

3.40 Harmony Heights

Well-bred and the yard has a good record in bumpers
