Marcus Rashford has been selected as the cover star for January in Manchester United’s 2025 calendar, despite rumors surrounding his potential departure from the club.
The 27-year-old striker has been left out of the last three matchday squads by manager Ruben Amorim.
Recently, Rashford mentioned he was “ready for a new challenge.” However, he will be keeping an eye on developments as United fans anticipate the opening of the transfer window next month.
A source stated: “Rashford’s future with the club remains uncertain.
“He might not be around once the transfer window opens in just over a week. Regardless, he is the face of January — but it’s likely he won’t be here for long.”
Despite the ongoing speculation, fans remain resilient, as the £12 calendar has already sold out on Manchester United’s official site.

The Old Trafford club is reportedly open to offers, with Rashford’s valuation set at £40million.
He has been previously linked to Barcelona, while various top Premier League clubs are on the lookout for a striker.
Legendary United player Gary Neville believes Rashford — who has been with the club since he was seven — may have already played his last game for the team.
He commented: “He probably needs to move on, and the club appears to be leaning towards his departure.”
Additionally, Rashford has recently been dropped by his girlfriend Grace Jackson from Love Island.
