KYREN WILSON is celebrating Christmas with his family in Macau after his stunning victory in the Great Haul of China.
The Warrior achieved a lifelong ambition in May by clinching the world snooker championship for the very first time.
His parents, wife, and two young children attended his match in Sheffield to witness his impressive 18-14 victory against Jak Jones in the Crucible final.
Wilson – who will turn 33 on Monday – has made his way to the gaming hub of Macau to take part in profitable exhibitions.
The Wilson family, including his father who is dealing with MS, will be enjoying luxurious stays during their time there.
Wilson had recently been in Riyadh for the Fury-Usyk heavyweight boxing match before heading straight to Hong Kong in the early hours of Sunday.
The world No. 2 remarked: “We have a Chinese agent who works with us, and he was present at the world final. I asked him to make sure my mum and dad could join me this year in Macau so that I could bring my whole family along.”
“I flew in from Saudi Arabia right after the match. The Wynn Palace hotel was really nice to prepare a lovely birthday cake for me last year; they treated me exceptionally well. It’s truly a magnificent place.”

“This year is all about making unforgettable memories with the entire family. My parents have sacrificed a lot, so I’m really looking forward to them enjoying this experience too.”
Snooker legend Ronnie O’Sullivan arrives in Riyadh for Fury vs Usyk 2
“The kids loved Christmas this way. They woke up at 6 am, which is not the best in China. Last year, I was busy with sponsors on Christmas Eve and got back around 4 am, and the kids were already awake by 6 am.”
“This year, I’m definitely doing things differently. I play on the 27th, so I can enjoy Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day before I have to compete.”
“The turkey there is amazing. We’ll also be celebrating with Stuart Bingham and his family, so it will be a great time together.”
