In his post-match interview, Amorim addressed the team’s difficulties with defending set-pieces.
The Portuguese coach remarked to Sky Sports: “It’s tough. Given the circumstances, it’s hard to aim for two or three wins. We’re trying our best. But this match was a real challenge for us.
“Once again, we showed vulnerability at set-pieces without significant pressure. There was a sense of nervousness in the stadium.
“We did well in the first half with clear opportunities, but in the second half, the penalty followed by another goal was a heavy blow to everyone.
“In situations like this, everything becomes tougher for us. The set-pieces, the penalty, and then we’re eager to score again, but nerves take over. We need to tackle this issue.
