The Nuke made it to the final of the 2024 World Championship, where he ultimately lost to Luke Humphries.

When presented with the chance to join the Premier League, the player from Warrington indicated to his manager that this opportunity could be a once-in-a-lifetime chance.

Littler replied to his manager with eight words: “Let’s do it, it might not happen again.”

This young talent fondly recalls that crucial moment.

Littler expressed: “It’s unbelievable; no more development tour; this is it. Competing in the Premier League and firmly in the [world’s top] 32.”

“Right after I left the stage [post-World Championship final], after speaking with the media and greeting my family, my manager took me aside and asked, ‘Do you want to do it?’ I answered, ‘Let’s do it, it might not happen again.’

However, the World Championships and Premier League were only the beginning for Littler.

The burgeoning star topped the league phase and secured revenge against Humphries in the final.

Additionally, Littler clinched victory at the Grand Slam, propelling him to fourth in the world rankings.

Now, he is favored to win the World Darts Championship according to bookmakers.
