The setup process has taken longer than Price expected, which has contributed to his slump in performance.
When asked about the status of his takeaway business, Price, who used to own a cafe, remarked: “That’s probably why I was losing and performing poorly — my focus was elsewhere.”

The 2021 world champion, who easily defeated Keane Barry 3-0 in the second round at Ally Pally on Monday, expressed: “It has served as a much-needed kick up the backside because I need to perform better to qualify for the Grand Slams.”
