Our team has experienced a remarkable few weeks, with our novice chasers truly standing out.
Both Handstands and The Jukebox Man have achieved victories in important races, and I currently consider them among the finest novice chasers in Britain.

The recognition they’ve received comes as no surprise, although The Jukebox Man has shown more speed than we expected.

I genuinely think he could excel in major races over both two and three miles.
He attacked the fences at Newbury with vigor, and if he can channel that energy properly, the opportunities are endless.
We discussed earlier this week that if everything goes smoothly, The Jukebox Man could target the Kauto Star at Kempton on Boxing Day.
There’s nothing scheduled for him at two and a half miles, so we will extend his distance back to three miles, though I wouldn’t hesitate to reduce him back to two miles at some stage.
Regarding Handstands, he’s in superb shape post his victory at Sandown, and he is set to aim for the Hampton Court at Warwick on January 11, before ideally progressing to the Grade 1 Scilly Isles back at Sandown.
It’s exhilarating to have these two stellar performers, and I hope we can uncover a few more champions soon.
Jumps racing makes its return to Windsor tomorrow, and it’s wonderful to see trainers backing it. Windsor has done an excellent job and Fitzdares has made substantial investments in it.
Securing a win there would be fantastic, and both ONEWAYWEST and FOURTOWNS (3.40) have a strong chance in the final race.
Fourtowns is actually part of the Fitzdares group, so he’ll have plenty of support.
He can be a bit challenging, but I believe we have him well-prepared for the race.
Onewaywest remains inexperienced and finished behind Lump Sum last time out.
That doesn’t look too bad now in light of his recent form, and his rating appears generous considering that performance.
However, he hasn’t raced in a year due to a fall, so we will see how it plays out.
