Players from MANCHESTER CITY, including Erling Haaland and Jack Grealish, struggled to score penalties during a training session… despite there being NO GOALKEEPER.
The Cityzens have been facing performance issues recently, giving fans more reasons to jest about the team.
The City squad is set to return to Champions League action on Wednesday, facing off against Juventus, following a live-streamed training session.
Fans tuned in to watch the practice, but attentive viewers observed that FOUR players entirely missed the target while attempting their penalties.
Phil Foden started things off by sending his shot over the bar from 12 yards, followed by Ilkay Gundogan, who managed to hit the post.
Grealish mirrored Foden’s miss before Haaland also appeared to strike the woodwork.
While it’s conceivable that the City players were aiming for the posts with their shots, that didn’t stop fans from having a good laugh at their situation.
One fan reacted with: “That team is cursed 😂 Enjoy the Championship.
Another wrote: “They might really be cursed 😂😂😂”
A third added: “I’m dying over here 🤣”
