ALEXANDRA PALACE is poised to become one of the most desirable locations as the World Darts Championship returns later this month.
Luke Littler, Luke Humphries, and other top players will assemble at this iconic venue from Sunday, December 15 to Friday, January 3.
Fans have been anxiously waiting for tickets for months as they gear up to see the top players battle for significant prize money.
But is it still possible to obtain darts tickets? We have all the information summarized below.
Are tickets for the World Darts Championship still up for grabs?
Yes, they are – but be prepared to spend a substantial amount, and there are some risks involved.
Championship tickets initially went on sale in July and sold out almost instantly.
Darts promoter Barry Hearn mentioned that 90,000 tickets were sold in just 15 minutes, with demand exceeding 300,000.
This rapid sell-out led to complaints from fans as tickets soon appeared on resale sites at significantly inflated prices.
This situation has also prompted Hearn to propose that the tournament might relocate from the 3,500-seat Ally Pally to a facility that can accommodate more fans.
This indicates that no tickets are currently available for purchase through the official PDC channels.
However, alternative buying options do exist.

How to Buy World Darts Championship Tickets
Tickets remain accessible on several resale platforms, though the PDC has warned that they will invalidate any tickets acquired this way, placing the risk on the purchaser.
The PDC website states: “We strongly advise fans against buying tickets from third-party resale websites, including Viagogo and StubHub.”
“We continually monitor all third-party sites and revoke any tickets sold through these channels.”
It is uncertain how or if this enforcement will be carried out or if the PDC will release tickets through other means.
Tickets on secondary market platforms are also not likely to be cheap, accompanied by an extra layer of risk.
Current data suggests that the lowest-priced tickets are for the afternoon sessions on the upcoming Monday and Tuesday.
These tickets cost between £100-£150 each.
For those wanting to see Littler’s debut match on Saturday night, anticipate spending around £200 per ticket on resale sites.
Final ticket prices are currently around £220, but this amount is expected to increase as the event nears.
Interested buyers should proceed with caution.
