SIXMILEBRIDGE (12.25 Leicester, nap)
He demonstrated potential at the bumper level, winning on his debut at Sandown before facing a challenging task at the Champion Bumper at Cheltenham. Now under Fergal O’Brien, he progressed to hurdles this season and was a close finisher at Stratford during his debut. His determination after being overtaken shows promise for further development with that experience.
SUNRAY SHADOW (1.15 Market Rasen, nb)
This bumper victor has adjusted well to hurdles. Following a narrow loss in a tight finish at Warwick on his first venture, he thrived on the longer distance, winning comfortably at Aintree last time. There’s still much more potential to unlock.
SUNNINGHILL (2.05 Wincanton, treble)
He delivered a commendable performance to finish second on his handicap hurdle debut at Exeter 27 days ago. His tenacity going up the challenging hill showcases that he only needs a little more to clinch his first victory.
PLAGE DE HAVRE (4.40 Chelmsford, Lucky 15)
He achieved an admirable second place in his all-weather debut at Wolverhampton last month. He was narrowly bested in the final moments by a formidable opponent, and if he can replicate that form, he should secure his first win.
