CHELSEA continued their impressive run of form with a decisive 5-1 win against Southampton at St Mary’s under the stadium lights.
Axel Disasi started off the scoring with a close-range header just seven minutes into the match.
Joe Aribo responded for Southampton following an excellent setup by Kyle Walker-Peters.
Nevertheless, Chelsea’s Christopher Nkunku, Noni Madueke, Cole Palmer, and Jadon Sancho each found the back of the net, sealing the three points for the team on the road.

FILIP JORGENSEN – 8
Delivered an exceptional save within the opening two minutes to block Joe Aribo’s close-range effort.
He also made another spectacular save in the second half, prompting many Chelsea supporters to call for him to be the team’s first-choice goalkeeper.
MALO GUSTO – 7
Took charge in duels and was a leader in tackles for Chelsea in the first half, providing an excellent assist for Sancho’s goal.
AXEL DISASI – 7
Scored Chelsea’s first goal with a simple header from a corner taken by Fernandez.
TOSIN ADARABIOYO – 5
Seemed distracted when Southampton found the equalizer, almost allowing Aribo a clear chance on goal.
