Who is Sammi Marsh?
Sammi Marsh is the partner of professional darts player James Wade.
Her background includes work as a glamour model, and she previously served as a PDC walk-on girl.
Walk-on girls were models who accompanied players to the stage during darts events.
This practice has been largely discontinued in professional darts.
On her X/Twitter profile, Sammi describes herself as a “proud wife and mummy.”
While she shares glimpses of her family life on social media, Sammi prefers to remain out of the spotlight.
Marriage & Kids
Sammi and James got married in October 2018.
They welcomed their first child, a son named Arthur James, shortly after their wedding that same year.
The family grew with the birth of their second son, Alfred George, in August 2022.
The Wades lead a fairly private family life, although James has often expressed the importance of his family to him despite his busy schedule.

Supportive Partners
Sammi has been actively involved in supporting her husband’s career through various interviews and discussions about darts.
In a 2019 Dailymotion video, she interviewed James regarding the Darts Premier League, his toughest competitors, and his upcoming tournament plans.
When she inquired about his most memorable moment in darts, he stated, “Meeting my wife Samantha,” to which she humorously replied, “You had to say that,” before he added, “Well, it probably was.”

She also took part in the 2015 London Marathon, with James helping her train for the big day.
Sammi shared, “I finished in five hours and 15 minutes, achieved my personal best, and ran the entire course — I’m very proud of that.”
She added, “To be honest, I didn’t prepare as intensely this time. I’m not sure how I beat my personal best.”
In the process, Sammi raised £1,500 for the Rhys Daniels Trust.
The Rhys Daniels Trust is a registered charity in the UK, located in Essex, which provides accommodation for families with children receiving treatment in specialist children’s hospitals, particularly when they are far from home.
