ROY KEANE has revealed the sharp two-word reply he gave to a rude selfie-seeker.
The Manchester United legend has made it known that he is not fond of being asked for pictures.
Previously, Keane has steered clear of demands from selfie fans and turned down a request at an NFL event in London.
During a trip to America in 2023, a fan responded poorly to his refusal.
This led Keane, 53, to unleash a brutal comeback to their comments.
Keane recounted the story in a recent episode of the Stick to Football podcast, hosted by Sky Bet.
He shared, “Last year, while in America meeting some friends, a guy came over asking for a picture.
“I simply said, ‘No, I’m waiting for some friends, and I’m not taking pictures’.
“He responded, ‘you know nobody here knows who you are,’ and I just shot back, ‘you do’. It was spot on.”

Guest comedian Ricky Gervais also expressed his solidarity with Keane’s dislike for selfies.
He noted: “I worry that while trying to catch a train, someone will ask for a selfie – I’ll agree and then miss my train.”
Roy Keane tells fan ‘I’ll wait in the car park’ after furious pitchside confrontation following Ipswich vs Man Utd
“I absolutely hate it when someone calls me a complete a***hole. Just this morning, someone asked for a selfie while I was having breakfast!
“Once, I was at the urinal when someone requested a selfie.
“He threw his arm around me and took the picture. Unbelievable – and I couldn’t say anything.
“Now, while I don’t have the selfie, it’s safely stored in his phone!”
Gervais also teased Keane about his interaction with an Ipswich Town fan after the 1-1 draw with Man United.
Keane confronted the supporter, declaring: “I’ll wait for you in the car park.”
To which Gervais humorously commented: “I’m just relieved Roy didn’t want to have a chat with me in the car park.”
